Global Gourmets Banquet

Every winter quarter, student volunteers work with the University's executive chef to reproduce authentic dishes from their home countries, which form the centerpiece of this elegant event. As guests enjoy taste traditions from around the world, each student shares a short presentation on their country and the significance of their chosen dish. Global Gourmets offers the University and Bellingham communities an opportunity to celebrate and connect with the world at Western.
